The Pulse Instruments model PI1000S (pH and ORP, with Temperature) controller is a rugged microprocessor based instrument assembled in a NEMA 4X Enclosure watertight ¼ DIN case, designed for use in processing rooms, outside applications, or laboratories.
The system simultaneously displays pH and ORP, Temperature and relay alarm/pump status with two large LCD screens and LED lights. The two AP310 models inside the unit have microprocessors that perform a self-diagnostic routine every time you turn on the unit providing you with basic information on the stability of the instrument.
Each AP310 inside the PI1000S is equipped with 3 control relays and one wash relay. All control relays are programmable and hysteresis driven. The system also has an isolated 4-20mA analog output, offset and span configurable for the pH or ORP display.
The model AP310 comes with a RS485 in terface that can easily let the user log all data (from multiple model AP310 or other Pulse Instruments Models with RS485) with an IBM©PC/AT compatible computer. For advanced users, the model AP310 may also be (PC) remotely controlled from main display mode to all calibration/setting modes.
