The Master α series of refractometers eliminate the need to make temperature compensations. This revolutionary new instrument enables you to concentrate on your measurements without worrying about the temperature. The Master α series eliminate the need of using temperature compensation tables to determine exact measurements by automatically providing correct measurement of 20°C (compensatin range 10 to 30°C). The Master α series refractometers is suitable for measuring different sauces, ketchup, seasonings, jam and various other samples. The Master α series is the successor model to the conventional ATC-2E.
