A flow meter sends a pulse signal to a chemical metering pump that speeds up or slows down proportionally the injection of sanitizer, and thereby keeping the ratio of water to sanitizer constant. A downstream ORP monitor confirms that adequate level or sanitizer is being applied to the product.
