Only FLEXFLO pumps are available with Blue-white's superior Patented Pump Tube Design and the Patented Tube Failure Detection System. Peristaltic Metering Pumps are well suited to metering fluids that could foul heads with the conventional check valves. Peristaltic Pumps have roller assemblies that compress the pump tube in a progressive squeezing action.
Blue-white's exclusive patented Tube Failure Detection system is breakthrough technology. In fact, TFD may be the most important patent ever awarded for peristaltic pumps. the TFD system will detect a wide range of chemicals with no false triggering. If the TFD senses tube failure, the pump will automatically shut off and energize a relay or switch, permitting communication with external equipment, such as a back-up pump or alarm.
